Texas neighbours fight over five-foot land strip; court upholds easement and $100 trespass award

A dispute between Texas neighbours over a five-foot strip of land near Lake Conroe reached an appeals court after disagreements over utility meters, drainage and property access. The court upheld the Amadors’ right to use the neighbouring land for home maintenance and repairs while also confirming a $100 trespass award in favour of the Suitts.
